Currently, the company is inviting applications for the role of Research Associates in its Project Management and Biopharmaceutical department. This role provides an excellent platform for candidates with pharma and management backgrounds to contribute to meaningful projects in the field of clinical research.
Job Description – Research Associate:-
The Research Associate will play a crucial role in supporting and managing clinical research projects within Synergen’s CRO operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary communication link between project teams and sponsors to resolve queries.
- Provide comprehensive client support for CRO services.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time while maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as clinical operations, data management, and regulatory affairs.
- Plan, monitor, and control various project phases while providing regular progress updates.
- Prepare and maintain service agreements and other confidential documentation.
- Draft, review, and update internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Handle submission of DCGI NOC documents for BA/BE (Bioavailability/Bioequivalence) studies to secure timely approvals.
- Support the Head of Project Management and Biopharmaceutics with additional delegated tasks.
Eligibility Criteria – Desired Candidate Profile:-
- Qualification: MBA, B.Pharm, or M.Pharm.
- Experience: 2 to 4+ years in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in clinical research, project management, or regulatory affairs.
- Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent project coordination and management skills.
- Sound knowledge of clinical research protocols and DCGI regulatory guidelines.
- Ability to multitask and work in collaborative team environments.
- Preference: Immediate joiners will be given priority.
